Local festivals

Every year the Nillumbeats FReeZA team gets involved in local festivals in Nillumbik, such as the Hurstbridge Wattle Festival in late August, Diamond Creek Rotary Town Fair in mid September and Rotary Eltham Town Festival in late November.

In past years we have done this by running skate and BMX competitions at our three local skate parks at each festival, with Shredability and local park users. However we would love to hear your ideas on what else you would like to see for Youth at these Festivals. Get in touch with us on the details provided below!

Interested in helping to organise or run events?

We are always looking for enthusiastic young people between the ages of 12-25 to help us organise and run events throughout the year.

You can also get in touch with Diamond Valley Rotary  who run and organise the Rotary Eltham Town Festival  and Rotary Diamond Creek Festival and are always looking for new members to help with local events.
