Services

There are many services available to support young people who are being bullied or bullying others, some of these services are detailed below.
If you are a young person enrolled in primary, secondary or tertiary education or supporting a young person, your school Student Wellbeing Team may be able to support you.


eSafety Commissioner | Australian Government
eSafety is Australia's independent regulator for online safety. The eSafety website provides information and guidance to all people who access the internet on how to navigate harmful online situations including cyberbullying.


Headspace
Headspace provides free online and phone support to young people 12–25, their families, and friends. The Headspace website provides information on varying topics such as bullying, alcohol and other drugs, and wellbeing. Young people are invited to create a Headspace account where they can receive online professional support, connect with community and build a personal mental health toolkit.

Kids Helpline
Young people aged 5-25 can call or webchat a Counsellor to access support for a range of topics including bullying. This service is completely free and available 24/7. Kids Helpline also offer a free mental wellbeing app you can download onto your phone or tablet as well as an online peer support circle.
