Venue hire

The Nillumbik Youth Hub is a facility dedicated to supporting and engaging young people and is available for both casual and ongoing hire for youth focused events, meetings or programs.  
Available for hire are consultation spaces, a meeting and program room, kitchen and secure, private courtyard.  

The Nillumbik Youth Hub is available for bookings between 7am – 11pm Monday – Sunday. 

Facilities include: 

The Hub also offers a bbq, wifi, heating and cooling, tables and chairs, AV equipment and car parking. 

Please note Nillumbik Youth Hub is only available for youth-focused events, programs and activities, and is not suitable for private events, function hire or broader community use.

Program Room 1

Capacity: 100 people.
Our main space, this is a large and flexible room, perfect for larger gatherings, activities, events, and programs. The space offers access to the Youth Hub open-plan kitchen and is equipped with a projector screen and sound system.

Program Room 2

Capacity: 15 people.
The smaller of our two program rooms, this space is perfect for small to medium meetings, training sessions or programs.
Program Room 2 and Meeting Room can be booked together as one larger space.

Meeting Room

Capacity: 15 people.
Perfect for small to medium meetings or training sessions. Equipped with AV equipment to support presentations and hybrid meetings.
Program Room 2 and the Meeting Room can be booked together as one larger space.

Consulting Room 1

Capacity: 3 people.
This consult room is ideal for one-to-one meetings, client appointments, or for use as a private workspace.

Consulting Room 2

Capacity: 3 people.
This consult room is ideal for one-to-one meetings, client appointments, or for use as a private workspace.
Equipped with a sink, it is perfect for a range of Allied Health services.

Hot Desks

Capacity: 1 person per desk.
There are four Hot Desks available for youth professionals in the main office.
Stations include a docking station, keyboard, mouse, and one monitor.

Community Kitchen

Capacity: 10 people.
A semi-large commercial kitchen, equipped with a double oven and coffee machine that can be used for cooking programs and barista courses.

Outdoor Courtyard

Capacity: 30 people.
Includes an outdoor stage area, yarning circle, outdoor seating and BBQ area. With access to power, it is perfect for small music or performance events, lunch events or even your next team meeting.
