Gyms:
High School Relentless: Free Classes!
Aligned Leisure run free classes called 'Teen Relentless', specifically for high school students.
These classes can include a mixture of kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight, TRX and bands. Each workout starts with a 3-5min warm up with circuits varying in length of 2-3 rounds, 2-5 exercises and at a level that meets your abilities. The Aligned Leisure trainers are skilled in helping you feel challenged but ensure you are working at your level.

Nillumbik High School Memberships
The Nillumbik High School Memberships are for local students aged 13-17 to access Nillumbik Leisure Centres and participate in their programs.
Upon joining, Nillumbik High School members will be required to attend an Initial Planning Session with a qualified Fitness Professionals to discuss fitness goals, health and exercise history, this must be completed prior to accessing the gym. A Parent or Guardian must be present at the time of membership sign up and for the initial planning session.

Local Sporting Champions program
Young people find it difficult to meet the ongoing and significant costs associated with participation at sporting competitions, particularly those from regional areas.
The Local Sporting Champions program is an Australian Government initiative designed to provide financial assistance for young people aged 12-18 towards the cost of:
- travel
- accommodation
- uniforms or equipment when competing
- coaching or officiating at an official national sporting organisation (NSO) endorsed state, national or international sporting championships or a School Sport Australia state or national championships.

Diamond Valley Library
The Diamond Valley Library runs a lot of free activities and leisure groups within its walls. Chess club, book clubs, language classes and many more to cater for the more curious minds.

Access for All Abilities
Disability Sport & Recreation provides and promotes sport and recreation opportunities for people with disabilities throughout Victoria. People with disabilities can engage in many different types of sport and recreation pursuits.
For most sports, if the activity doesn’t work for all abilities, it can usually be adapted to enable everyone to participate.
