The maximum placement is two weeks (10 days) per secondary school student.
Expressions of Interest must include the following information:
To enable us to assist you, please submit your application as early as possible ahead of your desired placement dates as requests for a placement with less than 6 weeks’ notice are often not possible.
Please send requests via email to work.experience@nillumbik.vic.gov.au
Enquiries can also be made to the Human Resources team on 03 9433 3382.
Aside from Youth Council and Nillumbeats, Nillumbik Youth is always on the look out for young people to volunteer and work on short-term youth-lead projects throughout the year. To keep up to date with the latest opportunities follow us on Instagram, or email youth@nillumbik.vic.gov.au to be added to our mailing list.
Other volunteering opportunties can be found on the Nillumbik Shire Council volunteering page.
