Join us these spring school holidays, as staff from headspace lead us on a pesto making and meet the animals workshop at Edendale Farm. This activity will provide an opportunity to meet up in a casual setting and explore the farm. You will discover the beautiful environment, meet some animals and fully engage your senses.
During our stroll we will get an opportunity to meet, pat and feed some of the animals like goats and guinea pigs (and if we are lucky we could see some baby animals!). We will also get an opportunity to explore the sustainable vegetable patch at Edendale farm and pick some herbs to make our own fresh pesto that we will then share as a group.
This workshop is designed for high school students and the group will be small (10-15) to maximise participation, so book today! If transport is an issue please get in touch, just contact edendale@nillumbik.vic.gov.au. and we will do our best to help.
