From crafting your CV to acing your first interview, we will cover the essentials of job applications. We will also discuss key topics like understanding tax and superannuation, where to look for job opportunities, and how to approach businesses confidently. Whether you are looking for part-time work or your first full-time role, this session will give you the skills and knowledge to start your career with confidence.
This session is for young people 15-25 years old.
The facilitator: This session will be run by the Skills and Jobs Centre at Melbourne Polytechnic. The Skills and Job Centre provides advice on training and employment opportunities. The centre is a community resource, funded by the Victorian Skills Authority, state government. Our staff support people with their careers matters.
