Daily Grind
Are you aged 16-24, out of school and looking for work in hospitality?
Do you want to gain:
- Knowledge of how to operate an industry level coffee machine to make a variety of hot beverages?
- Skills that support hospitality employment like food handling procedures, how to wait tables and take orders?
- Job readiness skills including resume and cover letter writing, where to look for jobs and interview skills?
- Connections to local hospitality venues that are currently looking for staff?
Applications are now open for the April intake of the Daily Grind, a 10-session hospitality employment program. Participants will receive 5 training sessions with a qualified barista and are then matched with a local hospitality business to put their skills into practice!
Following completion of the program, participants receive support to look for work in the hospitality industry.
The program starts in April and places are super limited!
